Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IC Checker mobile application ("the App") and the website at icchecker.com ("the Site"), provided by FliqGo Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

IC Checker lets you enter the part number ("IC code") printed on a phone's memory chip and returns information such as the board's storage capacity, brand, and related specifications. The service is intended as a reference tool for phone repair technicians and similar professionals.

2. Accuracy and "as is" disclaimer

We work hard to keep the IC database accurate, but the information is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IC markings vary between manufacturers and production runs, and results may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for a purchase, repair, quote, or other business decision. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on results returned by the service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service, its servers, or its database.
  • Scrape, harvest, copy, or redistribute the IC database or any substantial part of it without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except to the extent permitted by law.

4. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, the IC database, and all related content, branding, and software are owned by FliqGo Technologies or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App and Site for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Pricing and availability

The App is currently offered free of charge through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We may change features, introduce paid options, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

6. Third-party services

The App is distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store, and may rely on third-party services (such as analytics and our lookup API). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. Please also review our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FliqGo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the App or Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App or Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and uninstall the App at any time.
