This Privacy Policy explains how FliqGo Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the IC Checker mobile application ("the App") and the website at icchecker.com ("the Site"). We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

Information we collect

IC Checker is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal details. We collect the following:

IC search queries. When you check an IC code — in the App (while online) or on the Site — the code you search is sent to our lookup service so we can return a result. We may keep aggregated, anonymised search logs (for example, which codes are searched most often) to improve the database.
Usage and analytics data. The Site uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages (such as clicks, scrolls, and page views). This may include your approximate location, device type, browser, and pages visited. This data is used only to improve the product.
Technical data. Standard information sent by your device or browser when making a request, such as IP address and user-agent, which may be processed to deliver and secure the service.

Information we do not collect

We do not require registration, and we do not collect your name, phone number, or email unless you choose to contact us directly.
The App's offline mode works entirely on your device — IC lookups performed offline are not sent to us.
We do not sell your personal information.

How we use information

To return IC lookup results and keep the IC database accurate and up to date.
To understand usage patterns and improve the App and Site.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
To respond to you when you contact us for support.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the service, and their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:

Google Play — for distributing the Android app.
Apple App Store — for distributing the iPhone and iPad app.
Microsoft Clarity — for website analytics.
Our IC lookup API — which processes the IC codes you search in order to return results.

Data retention

We retain anonymised search logs and analytics data only for as long as they are useful for improving the service. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Children's privacy

IC Checker is a professional tool intended for phone repair technicians and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information relating to you. Because the service is designed to avoid collecting personal information, we may have little or no data tied to you individually. To make a request, contact us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
